Thank you for your interest in hosting an event at Centennial Park! We are excited about the opportunity to work with you.

As you may know, Centennial Park is a private park (open to the public) that is operated, maintained, and programmed by the Midland Downtown Park Conservancy, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. The mission of Centennial Park is to provide a premier green space and gathering place in downtown Midland, enrich the quality of place for our residents and visitors, and act as a catalyst for social and economic growth. This means our park is a public space first, and an event venue second. While we would like to host every event we receive an application for, unfortunately, that may not be the reality due to scheduling and/or mission alignment.

To get started, we ask that you review our General Park Rules, Event License Fees, fill out the Event License Application, and email it to info@centennialparkmidland.org. Once we have received your Event License Application, you will receive a follow-up email or phone call from a Centennial Park team member. Please allow sufficient time for the park to process your request.

*Special Note: Full Park and East of Loraine Package applications submitted within 60 days of an event date will not be accepted.
