Thank you for your interest in hosting an event at Centennial Park! We are excited about the opportunity to work with you.
As you may know, Centennial Park is a private park (open to the public) that is operated, maintained, and programmed by the Midland Downtown Park Conservancy, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. The mission of Centennial Park is to provide a premier green space and gathering place in downtown Midland, enrich the quality of place for our residents and visitors, and act as a catalyst for social and economic growth. This means our park is a public space first, and an event venue second. While we would like to host every event we receive an application for, unfortunately, that may not be the reality due to scheduling and/or mission alignment.
To get started, we ask that you review our General Park Rules, Park License Fees, fill out the Park License Application below. Once we have received your Park License Application, you will receive a follow-up email or phone call from a Centennial Park team member. Please allow 10 business days for the Park to process your request.
*Special Note: Applications must be submitted at least 30 days prior to an event date to be considered. Full Park and East of Loraine Package applications must be submitted 60 days prior to an event date to be considered. All applications are subject to review by the Administrative Committee of the Midland Downtown Park Conservancy (the "Administrative Committee"). The submittal of an application by an applicant does not guarantee the approval of a license for use of the Park and the Administrative Committee may accept or reject such an application in its sole and absolute discretion.
We look forward to receiving your Park License Application!
